- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Experience in developing scalable and maintainable web applications using component-based architecture. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Ability to integrate Salesforce components with backend services and APIs. - Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques for web applications. - Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ office. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
