Custom Software Engineer - SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management Specialist

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to analyze system issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address support requests efficiently. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). - Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on troubleshooting complex software issues. - Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level financial systems. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
