- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve efficiency and quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: Design scalable and high-performance SAP Commerce architectures Lead end-to-end implementation of eCommerce solutions Knowledge on multi clustered environment, Application servers, Node configuration Handle complex integrations (ERP, CRM, SAP systems) Optimize system performance (DB, Solr, caching) Lead code reviews and mentoring Integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Kafka optional) Handle production issues, RCA, and performance tuning Deep expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Multi-site, multi-country implementations Headless commerce (Spartacus) Advanced Java & Spring Hybris Architecture (Tenant, Extensions, Items.xml, Impex) OCC API design (security, versioning) Define best practices, coding standards, and governance Solr tuning & indexing strategies Performance tuning (DB queries, caching, heap analysis) Work closely with stakeholders and business teams Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Commerce Cloud. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
