Custom Software Engineering Lead

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency. Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components. Monitor project progress and proactively address any technical challenges or risks. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development. Experience in managing and leading software engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability considerations in enterprise software. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. This position is based at our Chennai office. A 15 years full time education is required. .
