Job Role: Customer Support Executive
Job Description
- Handle customer queries and provide professional customer support.
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups and service-related requirements.
- Assist customers throughout the onboarding process.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful onboarding and service completion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
- Handle customer issues professionally and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate.
- Experience: Any experience.
- Good customer service and customer-handling skills.
- Solid focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience or ability in outbound calling.
- Good customer onboarding skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Fluent in Telugu and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a voice/blended BPO environment.
- Gender: Any gender.
