Job Role: Customer Support Executive
Job Description
Handle customer queries and provide professional customer support.
Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups and service-related requirements.
Assist customers throughout the onboarding process.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
Follow up with customers to ensure successful onboarding and service completion.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
Handle customer issues professionally and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Graduate.
Experience: Any experience.
Good customer service and customer-handling skills.
Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Experience or ability in outbound calling.
Good customer onboarding skills.
Good English communication skills.
Fluent in Telugu and Hindi.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a voice/blended BPO environment.
