Customer Care Associate

Welcome and assist customers in the store. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Achieve sales and customer service targets. Promote loyalty programs and ongoing offers. Maintain merchandise displays and store cleanliness. Handle customer queries, billing, exchanges, and returns. Support stock replenishment and inventory activities.

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred. 0-2 years of retail/customer service experience (Freshers can apply). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. .
