Minimum Qualification- FRESHER Considered Graduate Salary - 9k to 13k Evening- 1.30pm to 10.30pm We are seeking a proactive graduate fresher who has Non-Technical Background in Customer Support. He/She Should have strong communication skills (English and Hindi), handling, request processing ,vendor or team coordination. Roles and Responsibilities of customer care executive: To accept food orders and call back for order confirmation To process orders in a mannered way To coordinate with the vendors and Concerned team Responsible for complete customer support To take feedback and follow up delivery information per order To manage complaints of individual customers To contribute operations information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews To communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience including resolving problems and complaints Maintain relationship with key operations vendors To accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as and when required .
