Job Roles and ResponsibilitiesCustomer Care Executive (CCE) - Gold Loan DivisionAttend walk-in customers and provide detailed information regarding gold loan products.Clarify loan conditions, applicable interest rates, and repayment procedures to customers.Conduct KYC checks with ensuring accurate documentation.Maintain consistent follow-up with clients concerning loan renewals and repayments.Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle service requests promptly.Support back-end branch operations such as vault management when required.Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads and improve customer engagement.Cross-sell health insurance and business loan offerings to eligible prospective clients.Meet set sales goals related to third-party product offerings in line with company policies.Ensure meticulous data entry and accurate reporting of cross-selling efforts.Gold Appraiser (GA)Evaluate the purity and weight of gold jewelry submitted for pledging.Provide precise valuation aligned with company standards and prevailing market prices.Ensure correct documentation and system recording of appraised items.Secure handling and storage of pledged gold in the branch vault.Assist in loan processing while complying with internal guidelines.Support processes related to gold auctions, loan closures, and credit coordination.Promote and cross-sell health insurance and business loan products to interested customers.Achieve monthly cross-selling targets along with core appraisal responsibilities.Contribute positively to branch overall performance and customer satisfaction metrics.Candidate ProfileCustomer Care Executive candidates should have 0 to 1 year of experience in sales or marketing roles.Gold Appraiser applicants must possess at least one year of gold verification and sales experience, preferably within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.EligibilityApplicants must be graduates to be considered eligible for these roles.
