Customer Care Executive (Surat)

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner - Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide product and service information to customers - Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience - Meet performance targets and service quality standards
