Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.Provide accurate information about products and services.Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution.Build strong relationships with customers by delivering quality service.Ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and service standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
