Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner Maintain detailed records of customer interactions Assist in the development of customer support policies Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction Participate in training sessions to improve service skills Contribute to team efforts by achieving individual and team goals Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills in either Kannada or Telugu or Hindi Ability to handle stressful situations and provide solutions Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges .
