As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Handle incoming customer calls, messages, and queries professionally
- Provide accurate information related to products, orders, and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Customer Success & Coordination
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback
Process & Documentation
- Update customer details and interaction logs in internal systems
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service guidelines
- Support process improvements based on customer feedback
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
Experience
- Freshers are welcome
- Up to 6 years of experience in customer care, call center, or service roles preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Good verbal communication skills (Hindi mandatory; basic English preferred)
- Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
