To meet and discuss with Gynecologists on the latest stem cell development. Generating leads through hospitals/clinics. -Giving a presentation to the expecting parents. Responsible for opening counseling sessions.
Responsible for enrolments and payment collections. Ensuring to place the marketing material at the clinic. Conduct and participate in the hospital activities like ANC and Baby Shower. Ensuring completion of client enrolment, payment collection, client agreement signing, generating SAR and ensuring smooth sample collection and dispatch to the lab.
Responsible for good conversation from lead to presentation (30%) and from presentation to enrolment (50%). Updating leads/presentations/enrolments in the system on a daily basis. To ensure that there is no missed collection or cancellation of enrolment or any complaints by the clients To do regular follow-ups for the prospects. Responsible for getting Google reviews and client & doctor testimonials.
To qualify for the special incentives and the contest rolled by the company. Ensuring to follow the company protocols and systems. Reporting .
