Role Description The Telesales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. In this role, the individual will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote products, explain offers, and convert inquiries into sales.
Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and maintaining detailed call and sales records in internal systems. The Telesales Executive will follow up on leads, support the stores sales targets, handle basic customer support issues, and collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
The role also involves adhering to scripts and compliance guidelines while continuously improving call quality and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency, with the ability to explain products and offers effectively.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, follow up on leads, and convert calls into successful sales.
- Candidates should have basic computer literacy and experience using phone systems, CRM tools, or call logs.
- Candidates should demonstrate goal-oriented work habits, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior telesales or retail sales experience is preferred;
