What makes the role meaty
Contact lapsed customers to understand reasons for inactivity through structured feedback calls.Conduct short customer satisfaction and experience survey.Reach out to existing offline customers to communicate new product launches, promotions, and seasonal offerings.Proactively encourage repeat purchases based on customers previous buying patterns and replenishment cycles.Capture customer feedback accurately and identify recurring themes, issues, and opportunities.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with customer insights, calling performance, and key trends.Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Category teams to share customer feedback and recommend improvements.Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests or concerns.Meet defined productivity and quality standards for customer interactions.

Are a Graduate in any discipline.Have 03 years of experience in customer service, telesales, customer support, CRM, or call centre operations is preferred.Have excellent listening and interpersonal skills.Have Strong verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.Are Patient, empathetic, and able to build rapport over the phone.Are Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and generate insights.Are Strong organizational and time management skills.Have the Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Are Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Are Comfortable working with CRM platforms and customer databases (preferred). .
