Domain: US Healthcare Patient Support
Job Description
- Handle outbound calls to patients regarding their healthcare accounts.
- Address patient queries and resolve account-related concerns.
- Assist patients with billing issues and explain charges clearly.
- Negotiate and collect outstanding payments from patients.
- Create and manage payment plans based on patient eligibility.
- Process patient payments accurately and maintain records.
- Follow up on overdue accounts to recover pending balances.
- Communicate policies, payment options, and account details effectively.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with patients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare) is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Strong adaptability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with attention to detail.

Compensation: 19,090.64 - 47,000.00 per month
