Customer Contact Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Contact Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad . This is a full time, on-site role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Assist the team in enhancing customer service processes and quality
Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Night Shift Allowance: Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 per week
