We are hiring for Customer Experience Voice Associate
Location : Chennai
Salary : 4.8 Lakhs per annum
Experience : 2 - 3 years
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to address customer queries and concerns effectively.
Escalate complex issues or unresolved complaints to senior team members or relevant departments for further assistance.
Maintain a high level of customer service standards, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, documenting relevant information for future reference.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives to enhance

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
