01Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, and training for new customers
- Guide customers through platform setup and implementation
- Ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Customer Success
- Track onboarding milestones and customer engagement activities
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs
- Gather customer feedback and support product adoption initiatives
