Customer Relation Officer (CRO) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries, promoting company products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to business growth through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in a qualified and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Compensation: 21,000.00 - 24,000.00 per month
