Job Title: Sales CRE (Female) Company: JAWA Yezdi BSA Motorcycle Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full Time Salary: 12,000 14,000 per month (Basic) + Attractive Incentives on Target Achievement Industry: Automobile / Two Wheeler Job Summary We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Customer Relationship Executive (Female) to join our Jawa Motorcycles showroom in Gwalior. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, showroom walk-ins, follow-ups, and supporting the sales process to achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience. Roles & Responsibilities Welcome and greet customers visiting the showroom. Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements. Make calls and follow up with customer inquiries and leads. Explain motorcycle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options. Maintain customer records and daily follow-up reports. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer handling. Generate new leads through customer references and local market activities. Maintain excellent customer relationships before and after sales. Perform basic computer tasks including email handling, invoicing, and MS Excel. Candidate Requirements Female candidates preferred. Preferably from the Automobile Industry. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of motorcycles and the automobile industry. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Invoicing). Positive attitude with excellent customer handling skills. Qualification Graduate in any discipline (Preferred) Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. Candidates with automobile showroom experience will be preferred.
