CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA Job Description: Manage customer relationships throughout the loan process. Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Customers for timely processing. Handle customer queries and provide regular updates on application status. Ensure accurate documentation and smooth loan disbursement. Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction. Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline. 062 years of experience in Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP or BFSI. Positive communication, coordination, and customer service skills. Basic understanding of mortgage products and documentation preferred. Skills Required: Customer Relationship Management Communication & Follow-up Documentation Handling MS Office Team Coordination
