Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Mortgage
Industry: BFSI Mortgage (Home Loan/LAP)
CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA
Job Description:
- Manage customer relationships throughout the loan process.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Customers for timely processing.
- Handle customer queries and provide regular updates on application status.
- Ensure accurate documentation and smooth loan disbursement.
- Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 062 years of experience in Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP or BFSI.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of mortgage products and documentation preferred.
