Customer Relationship Executive - Outbound

Make outbound calls to customers to explain Mutual Fund offerings under the Wealth portfolio.Understand customer investment goals and align suitable Mutual Fund products accordingly.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.Deliver high-quality sales pitches and handle customer objections effectively.Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up records.Meet sales, productivity, and call quality targets consistently.Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory norms, and audit requirements.

Graduate in any discipline.6 months - 1 year of experience in an outbound calling or sales process is mandatory.Excellent English communication skills.Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.Ability to drive sales through advisory-based conversations.Good understanding of Wealth / Mutual Fund processes is preferred.Ability to handle customer objections confidently.Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.Basic computer proficiency for CRM and documentation. .
