We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female CRM Executive to promote our products, connect with customers, and build strong customer relationships. Job ResponsibilitiesContact potential designers, tailoring shops, boutiques, and retail fabric buyers through phone calls. Introduce the company, fabric collections, latest materials, and product quality to customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabric products. Generate new business opportunities and encourage customers to place orders. Follow up with customers regarding fabric requirements and order status. Build and maintain good relationships with tailors, designers, boutiques, and shop owners. Collect customer feedback and ratings to improve customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and order processing. Maintain customer information and regular follow-up records. Handle customer queries professionally and ensure proper communication. Requirements Female candidates only Good English communication skills. Confident speaking and good customer interaction skills. Interest in sales, customer relationship management, and business development. Basic computer knowledge is preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
