Job Title: Customer Response Executive | Senior Executive Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Experience: 1-4 years Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: On-site Role Overview As a Customer Response Executive, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customers receive clear, accurate, and timely updates. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer emails clearly and professionally.Handle customer queries, complaints, service requests, and follow-ups.Understand customer concerns and provide the appropriate information or next steps.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer cases.Follow up on pending cases and keep customers updated.Maintain accurate customer and case details in the CRM.Escalate urgent or unresolved matters to the relevant team.Follow established response timelines and service quality standards.Required Skills Strong written English communication skills.Good grammar and professional email etiquette.Customer-focused and empathetic approach.Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Ability to manage multiple cases and follow-ups.Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Qualifications Graduate in any discipline.1-4 years of experience in customer service, email support, concierge operations, or a similar role.Experience in travel, hospitality, banking, or premium customer service would be an advantage.About ZAPS Group ZAPS Premium Concierge is expanding its Customer Response Team in Hyderabad.
