01Key Responsibilities
- Call and welcome customers after booking
- Help with documents like agreement, allotment letter, etc.
- Follow up for payments and help with bank loan process
- Give updates about construction and project status
- Solve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams
- Help in handover and possession process
- Ask for feedback and promote referral offers

Compensation: 200,000.00 - 300,000.00 per year
