Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Retention Manager to drive customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction through effective CRM, customer engagement, and relationship management strategies. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement customer retention and loyalty programs. * Enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention. * Manage CRM systems and large customer databases. * Analyze customer feedback, retention trends, and performance metrics. * Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to improve customer experience. * Monitor retention KPIs and support revenue growth initiatives. * Manage customer relationships across multiple locations and branches. * Travel across Kerala and other operational locations as required.
