You will join a dedicated inboundcall team that reports to a Supervisor in our Customer Experience department. Key Responsibilities
Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls, delivering reputed company, courteous, and accurate assistance to customers.

Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
Minimum of one year of proven customer service experience, preferably in an inbound callcenter environment.
Reliable ability to commute to the La Porte reputed company facility for onsite training and scheduled hybrid days.
Dedicated, secure home workspace that meets arenaflexs healthandsafety standards.
Proficiency with multiple PCbased programs, including CRM, orderentry, and inventorylookup tools.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills
