Job description
- Graduates with good Communication Skills
- Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) Certification is Mandatory
- Spoken proficiency in English, Hindi & Telugu OR English/ Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada
- Experience in tele collections process, Collections Management, Debt Collection, Debt Recovery, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of collections processes, laws, and regulations governing the industry.
- Shift Timings: 8:00 -20:00 window
- 6 Days Working with 1 Rotational Off
- Work Location : Teleperformance, 2nd Floor, NSL Building, Kukatpally, Hyderabad
- CTC : Up to 22000 Per Month with ESI ,PF
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic conversations with customers to collect payments and negotiate settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Manage debt collection operations to achieve targets and improve recoveries.
- Work Location : Teleperformance, 2nd Floor, NSL Building, Kukatpally, Hyderabad
