01Key Responsibilities
**
As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting both Spanish and English-speaking customers reputed company email, chat, and telephone
* Collaborating with your team to reputed company reputed company customer satisfaction and meet other key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Translating promotional texts and customer surveys into your local language
* Managing customer accounts reputed company
* Adhering to company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English
* Proficient in reputed company Office applications
* Background in customer service, whether face-to-face, online, or reputed company phone calls
* Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
