Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage order processing, including tracking orders from receipt to fulfillment, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, production) to resolve order-related issues and ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using Salesforce CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the petrochemical industry or related field.
- Solid understanding of order management processes and procedures.
- Excellent customer support skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software or similar systems. .
