Position: Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.
Handle client communication, queries, feedback, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Creative, and Performance teams.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and share regular updates and reports with clients.
Identify opportunities for client retention and business growth.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
Good understanding of Digital Marketing and social media platforms.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency will be an added advantage.
Compensation: 10,525.81 - 34,543.24 per month
