CX25WW is inviting applications for Customer Service Associates to support one of the world's leading e-commerce businesses. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through Phone, Chat, and Email support.
Please Note: This is a referral-based hiring program. Only candidates who successfully complete the CX25WW evaluation process will be referred to the company's Human Resources team for further interview rounds. Referral does not guarantee final selection.
CX25WW Assessment Process

Total Assessment Duration: Approximately 15 Minutes The assessment evaluates your overall suitability for customer-facing roles and helps us recommend the right candidates to our hiring partners.
Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through Phone, Chat, and Email.
Resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, payments, and returns.
Escalate complex issues whenever required.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience in every interaction.
Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and data privacy.
Meet productivity and quality KPIs.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Graduates from any stream are welcome.
Distance Learning, Open University, and Regular graduates are eligible.
Freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
Excellent English communication skills are preferred.
Regional language proficiency is an added advantage.
