- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients (US/UK).
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
- Meet quality and performance benchmarks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate / Graduate (Freshers can apply).
- Candidates must be based in Delhi, Gurugram, or Noida.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in night shifts (24/7 environment).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in an International BPO (Voice Process) will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
