Job Descriptions
Role & responsibilities Customer Service Associate in Fusion CX Kolkata:
Manage Voice Support, Chat, and Email applications for Customer Support
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues
Researching required information using available resources.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales and customer service problems.
Provide product and service information.
Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers.
Identifying and escalating priority issues and reporting them to management as needed.
Following up on complicated customer calls where required.
Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
Documenting details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Job Requirements
Preferred candidate profile for Customer Service Associate role in Kolkata:
Bachelor's degree
6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
Freshers are also welcome.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal/Written with proper grammar in English and Hindi
Good computer and typing (28-30 wpm) skills
Candidates pursuing their graduation from distance learning can also apply, but they must ensure that examinations are after 06 months from the date of joining.
