Job Summary
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to make outbound calls to customers, provide information regarding company services, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. The candidate should have good communication skills and a professional approach while handling calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers from the provided database.
Share accurate information about company products and services.
Address customer queries and provide necessary assistance.
Follow up with customers as required.
Maintain records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
Update customer details in the system on a regular basis.
Ensure professional and courteous communication during all customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required for customer support.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English knowledge preferred).
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently over the phone.

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Note: This role primarily involves outbound calling activities. No sales targets are associated with this position.
Compensation: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
