Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Associates for multiple International BPO Voice and Chat processes across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai locations.
Candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through International Voice / Chat support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.
- Achieve assigned quality and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow company policies.
Eligibility
- HSC / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- International BPO experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in international/rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary
- International Voice Process: 15,000 50,000
- International Chat Process: Up to 33,000
- Salary depends on process, location, experience and interview performance.
