You are in charge of delighting our customers. Make them understand the loan parameters. Help them with loan signing, cross-sell products and guide them to complete their loan transaction. You will move disbursals,branch operations and reconciliations. It's mandatory, that you work from the office, so treat it like 'home first' and 'office later'!
