Customer Service Calling Agent

Job Title: Calling Agent / Telecaller Company: Surya Media Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: On-site Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Calling Agents to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining our products/services, handling queries, and achieving daily calling targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.Explain company products/services clearly to customers.Handle customer queries and objections professionally.Follow up with interested customers.Maintain accurate call records and customer information.Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.Build good relationships with customers.Coordinate with the Team Leader and report daily performance.Follow the company's calling process and guidelines. Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in Telugu and Kannada is preferred.Hindi/English communication will be an added advantage.Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.Ability to handle customer objections confidently.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Comfortable working with daily targets.Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers. Salary 14,000 18,000 per month + incentives, based on experience and interview performance.
