Customer Service Executive

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts, banking products, and services.

• Assist customers with their banking-related queries and requests.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and within the required timelines.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and follow defined service quality standards.

• Follow all banking processes, policies, and audit guidelines.

• Promote and cross-sell banking products such as Cards, Fixed Deposits, Loans, Insurance/TPP, and other banking products.

• Accurately update all customer interactions and details in the CRM system.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with banking guidelines.

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
