We are hiring dedicated Airport Ground Staff for Airport. The role includes assisting passengers during check-in, verifying travel documents, guiding them through boarding procedures, and providing timely flight information.
Responsibilities also involve baggage coordination, customer service support at airport counters, and maintaining smooth airport operations. Candidates must have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in rotational shifts is required. Salary ranges from Rs. 26,328 to Rs. 46,984 per month, based on experience and performance. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: 12th, ITI, diploma or graduates from a recognized university.
Result awaited and exam-pending candidates are eligible.
If at any stage prior to or during the Employment of Candidate, it is found that the requisite qualification is not completed from a Recognized Board or University as determined by Airlines, such candidates Offer for Employment or Employment is liable to be withdrawn or terminated.
Desired Skills: Good Communication Skills, Customer Service Aptitude, and Open to work in rotational shifts, able to work under pressure.
Airport Operations Experience Preferred.
Interviewed Candidates can reapply after 6 months.
Candidates appearing for the interview should be well Spoken and well-Groomed as per the aviation standard.
