01Key Responsibilities
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
2. Provide accurate product information, guidance, and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
3. Resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, returns, and refunds, ensuring a smooth, positive experience.
4. Track and document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to maintain up-to-date records and support continuous improvement.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and escalate cases as necessary.
6. Monitor customer service metrics (e.g., response time, resolution time) and aim to exceed set performance targets.
7. Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant teams for product and service improvement.
8. Stay informed about FitFeast's product line, promotions, and policies to effectively address all customer concerns.
9. Contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to maintain a cohesive and effective customer service approach.
