We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a leading organization in the banking sector.
Location: Hyderabad
Function: Customer Experience
Language: Hindi speaking is mandatory for both Freshers & Experienced candidates
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days only
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries received via email
Ensure responses are provided within 24 hours
Maintain high standards of service quality and communication accuracy
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy
Contribute to initiatives focused on improving customer satisfaction and service delivery
Candidate Requirements
Hindi speaking is mandatory
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of banking products and processes
Proficiency in typing and MS Office tools
Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality service
Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
Compensation
Graduate Freshers: Up to 3 LPA
Postgraduate Freshers: Up to 3.5 LPA
6 Months2 Years Experience: Up to 4.5 LPA
Key Eligibility
B.Tech freshers will not be considered
B.Tech candidates with prior Customer Support experience are eligible
