We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a leading organization in the banking sector.
Location: Hyderabad
Function: Customer Experience
Language: Hindi speaking is mandatory for both Freshers & Experienced candidates
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days only
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries received via email
- Ensure responses are provided within 24 hours
- Maintain high standards of service quality and communication accuracy
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy
- Contribute to initiatives focused on improving customer satisfaction and service delivery
Candidate Requirements
- Hindi speaking is mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of banking products and processes
- Proficiency in typing and MS Office tools
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality service
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
Compensation
- Graduate Freshers: Up to 3 LPA
- Postgraduate Freshers: Up to 3.5 LPA
- 6 Months2 Years Experience: Up to 4.5 LPA
