Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets
Salary
- Freshers: 18,000 20,000 (In-hand)
- Experienced (6+ Months): Up to 35,000 In-hand
