Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to retail asset products
Provide accurate, timely, and personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
Educate customers about bank products and services to support informed decisions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet individual and team targets for service quality and customer satisfaction
Secondary Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues
Stay updated on bank products, services, and processes
Support sales goals through effective customer engagement
What We Are Looking For
Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Full-time)
Experience
Minimum 1 year in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services
Skills and Attributes
Excellent communication in English and Hindi; regional languages are a plus
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
Proficient in computer systems and applications .
