This is a remote (work-from-home) opportunity suitable for freshers and graduates who are eager to build a career in communication, client interaction, and business development.
Make outbound calls to potential clients and candidates
Provide accurate information about services and offerings
Maintain call records and reports using MS Excel
Coordinate with internal teams via email and chat
Strong verbal communication skills (English and/or regional language)
Clear and confident phone etiquette
Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Good organizational and time management skills
Freshers and any graduates are welcome to apply(2023 and above)
Prior experience is not mandatory
