The role requires strong coordination skills, customer handling abilities, and knowledge of import/export processes. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels Coordinate with operations teams, shipping lines, agents, and transporters Track import/export shipments and provide timely status updates to customers Manage shipping documentation such as BL, invoices, delivery orders, and related documents Resolve customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships Maintain accurate records of shipments, customer interactions, and operations Ensure timely follow-up on shipment schedules and operational activities Coordinate internally to ensure smooth logistics and delivery processes Support daily logistics operations and customer service activities Ensure compliance with company processes and operational standards Requirements & Skills Bachelors degree in any discipline 12 years of experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Freight Forwarding Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation Good English communication and customer handling skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email handling Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment Good organizational and multitasking skills .
